TeamSpace Trial

Privacy

TeamSpace Trial uses your Google account ID, verified email and name to sign you in and give you one 48-hour trial. It does not request access to your Gmail messages, Drive files or Google password. You choose a separate TeamSpace password. Invited teammates verify access using an emailed temporary password, then must replace it. Only password hashes are stored in TeamSpace; temporary passwords are sent only to the invited email address.

Your workspace

Projects, tasks, comments, activity, uploaded files and profile details are stored for your workspace. Other independent trial workspaces cannot access them. Workspace admins can manage their team and view team reports. Members can access shared projects and private projects they are invited to.

Service providers

Hosting, database and file storage use Cloudflare through Sites. Google verifies sign-in. Resend processes invitation and notification emails. Jitsi as a Service processes meetings, including audio and video you choose to share. Phone notifications use your browser’s push service when you enable them.

Cookies and device preferences

Essential secure cookies keep your session and protect sign-in. Browser storage remembers interface preferences, your last view and device notification settings.

After the trial

Workspace access stops 48 hours after creation. Data is retained after expiry; expiry does not delete it. Contact the TeamSpace operator for data or account requests through the support address shown during Google sign-in.
